UBP Nicosia District President Dr. Ahmet Savaşan pointed out that the consultation meetings organized with the participation of UBP President and Prime Minister Ünal Üstel continued and said, “Politicians have to be intertwined with the people”.
National Unity Party (UBP) Nicosia District Chairman Dr. Ahmet Savaşan, UBP President and Prime Minister Unal Üstel’s participation in the consultation meetings organized with the participation of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Sharing on his social media account, Savaşan said, “Politicians have to be intertwined with the people. When you are not united in joy and sorrow, you cannot know what your people think, what their problems and expectations are, whether what you do makes their lives easier or not, and you cannot direct public services.”.
Savaşan said, “We try to use every occasion and opportunity to meet with our people. Feast days and afterwards are also used for this purpose.”.
